Chairman
Steve has been an owner in the Company since 2007. Over the previous 20 years, Steve held various executive positions in two publically traded companies, also serving on the Board of Directors in his last position. Steve holds BS from Siena College and an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and was a CPA in NY State.
President
Jim has been in various management positions with the Company since 1992 and an owner since 1995. His management positions prior to being promoted to President in 2014 include, V.P. of Sales and Marketing, Director of Operations and Divisional General Manager. Jim holds a BA from the University of St. Thomas.
Director of Operations
Chad has been with the company since 2011 and became an owner in January 2020. Chad has managed Safety, Quality, and Operations for the company’s multi shift/multi location business. Chad holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
